Shipping Information
We ship anywhere in the world. However due to customs restrictions on certain items we are unable to ship some goods international.
Shipping costs are specific for each product and the costs are calculated by the size and weight of the item(s) and also by the delivery option chosen. We have a wide selection of delivery options from shipping companies that allow our customers to personalize their shipping needs.
Generally our goods ship out no later than three days after an order is placed and we provide email alerts on the order status of the products.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE PAID THROUGH PAYPAL. SHIPMENTS WILL ONLY BE MADE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WHO ARE VERFIED PAYPAL MEMBERS. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS THAT IS PROVIDED ON THE PAYPAL TRANSACTION DETAIL PAGE. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS SHOULD ALLOW 4-5 DAYS FOR PAYPAL PAYMENT TO CLEAR. ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED WITH VERIFICATION FROM PAYPAL WE WILL SHIP THE ORDER. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL DUTIES/TAXES OCCURRED. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES ON RETURNS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL THE RETURNED ITEM IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOTE THAT BERTLINS CHARGE A 15% PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE. CUSTOMERS SHOULD ALLOW FOR 8-14 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER WE RECEIVE AND EXAMINE THEIR ITEM TO ISSUE A REFUND.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund for up to 21 days after purchase in the original method of payment, subject to the terms below:
1. Returned product must be in re-sellable condition (in its original package without any visible wear and tear.) If the product is returned in un-sellable condition we will ship it back to you and not provide a refund.
2. A receipt of purchase and return form must be provided with your return.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be made using the return procedures outlined below:
1) All products must be in re-sellable condition.
2) When shipping an exchange back to the distribution center you must buy the replacement online and ship the original back for credit.
3) All products must have original tags and packaging. Please follow the shipping returns procedure above.
